HUMAN FACTORS FINAL
This project is concentrated on the Market Sector of Yacht Interior Design, while also implementing principles of multi-functional design and space saving techniques. The clients, are looking to renovate their current Great Harbour N47 Yacht. They’re a down to earth couple who are looking to retire on the yacht and have no kids – but lots of family and friends to entertain. The yacht has 3 levels, a raised pilot house, a salon, and the below deck area. Each level took into consideration the amount of functionality the clients are requesting while maintaining optimal space and maneuverability.
This was a separate project for the same class, where we were asked to draft a designed newspaper article / layout. I am no writer, but this project was a fun way of exploring layouts.
